If you are looking to purchase a home now is the time to do it. Financial experts say that the prices for real estate will begin to rise by the end of this year and into next year. I however do not think that it will begin to recover for a while. That is my opinion. We are planning on taking advantage of the slump and purchasing a home this year hopefully in a few months. Finally, we will be in a situation to get out of the apartment life and into house life.
