Student a I taught today

This week I choose to teach my student about the importance of education with respect to continuing education. Education is a commandment of God and it is my opinion that what we do not learn here we will have to learn in the Celestial Kingdom before we can progress to become as God is now.  This week I had an open discussion with Alicia about the importance of education.

She said that there is always room for improvement and that there is no limit to the amount of learning that a person can get or receive. She also said that knowledge is power. Then we discussed that without knowledge there are people in the word that will take advantage of you. She also said that we do not stop learning. We can not stop learning or we should never stop learning. She would like to continue her education, but right now life is in the way of that.

We should seek for education in the secular world and the spiritual world as well. Furthering our education is a commandment of God. To become closer to God we should follow all of his commandments. Continuing education can also lead to a better life here in the world. If you have a job where you can a good income you can provide well for you family. If not providing for your family can be very difficult.

If she had not education she does now she would not have been able to help her family when she was single in the Philippines. Now that she is married she would have to look for jobs that are low paying and need no degree to perform.

If she had a higher degree than she does now her life might have been much different. She would have a great income and she also suggested that she might not have met her husband. So knowledge is good as long as it does not interfere with the commandments of God.

Chihiro's adventure

Are you a fan of the movie Spirited Away? This is a story of a 10-year-old girl and her parents. While traveling to their new home, his father made a wrong turn. They unknowingly entered into a magical world. Both of Chihiro's parents were turned into giant pigs. Chihiro met a mysterious person named Haku. He explained that the world her parents were into is a resort for supernatural beings and she must work there to free herself and her parents.

All in one park

Here in Dallas Fort Worth, where we live. There is a lot of amusement park entertainment you can visit to keep your children busy this summer.  As a mother of three active kids. I love to visit places where my kids can enjoy and learn new things. Since my kids love being outdoors, going to the different park is always in our top list.  In the summer, going to the waterpark is our past time. Just recently, we found a new park in our area, not too far from where we live.  The name of the park is Clayton W. Chandler Park which is located in Mansfield, TX.  My kids love this park because it has splash pad which runs from 10 am to 8pm in the summer for free! Their playground area has a mini obstacle which is great for kids ages 3-10. If you have a teenager who loves sports, they have 2 basketball half court, sand volleyball, tennis court, baseball field, skateboard plaza, 1/4 mile walking trail with fitness stations and a half-acre pond stocked for fishing. And most importantly their conc…
